Our leadership is based on the standard NGO leadership structure.

The top management of KAMACOS consists of three entities:-

• Board of Directors
• General Assembly
• Executive Director

At the lower lever, we have the staff members. Our staff members are responsible for the day-to-day functioning, and implementing of programmes and projects. Staff report to the Executive Director who is responsible for all activities.
